Problem
A “Temporary failure in name resolution” error appeared when I upgrade Gentoo linux system.

Solutions: change gem source

$ gem sources --add https://gems.ruby-china.com/ --remove https://rubygems.org/
$ gem sources -l
https://gems.ruby-china.com
It is OK now.
